What is the standard delivery timeline for my order?
We typically process and dispatch orders within 24 to 48 hours. Depending on your location, your package should arrive within 3 to 7 business days.
Is Borosil glassware safe for use in the microwave and oven?
Yes, our signature borosilicate glass products are designed to withstand temperatures up to 350°C, making them completely safe for use in microwaves, ovens, and dishwashers.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
We offer a hassle-free replacement if your item arrives damaged. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product to initiate a claim.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, MyBorosil ships exclusively within India. We are working on expanding our logistics to serve international customers in the near future.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
How do I track the status of my shipment?
